Every print is made to order for you. Here is how we put things right when something is off. The same terms cover framed prints.

If your print arrives damaged, creased or with a printing fault, reply to your order confirmation email with a photo within 30 days of delivery. We reprint and reship at no cost, or refund you in full. Your choice, and nothing needs to be posted back.

If a print is not right for your wall, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. We will send instructions; you may be asked to return the print in its original packaging at your cost.
