Plain terms for a small shop. The short version: you buy a print, we make it and ship it, and if something goes wrong we fix it.

Of Nature and Art sells archival giclée prints of paintings, made to order, and original paintings as they are listed. It is run from Singapore. Buying from ofnatureandart.com means agreeing to these terms.

Prices are in US dollars, and shipping is included. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your order is confirmed by email once payment clears and goes to production shortly after, so tell us about mistakes right away; once a print is in production it cannot be recalled.

Prints are produced at fine-art labs in the US, UK, EU and Australia, whichever is nearest, and typically ship within a week. Times are honest estimates, not guarantees. If your country charges import duties, those are yours to pay.

Damaged or faulty prints are reprinted or refunded in full; change of mind has a 14 day window from delivery. The returns page has the details.

The historic paintings in the collection are in the public domain. Works by living artists remain their copyright and are sold as prints under agreement with them. The shop's photography, print files and text took real work; please do not scrape or resell them.

If we get something wrong, our liability is capped at what you paid for the order. Nothing in these terms limits rights your local consumer law gives you. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore.
