Poster or painting
Desenio's catalogue is design-led and printed as posters. Ours exists in oil, watercolour, gouache or ink first, then goes onto etching paper, because etching paper carries a painting's surface and poster stock does not. Nothing in the collection began as a digital file.

Desenio wins on price. The extra here buys archival etching paper, sizes fitted to each painting instead of standard poster cuts, a collection chosen one painting at a time, and a strict no-AI rule. From $49, decor at one end and a painting on the wall at the other.

Questions
What is the difference between a poster and a giclée print?
A poster is dye ink on coated poster stock, made to be cheap. A giclée print is pigment ink on archival paper, made to last. Ours are giclée on Hahnemühle German Etching, 310 gsm.
Is Desenio good value?
Yes. For dressing a whole wall at the lowest cost it is hard to beat. For a painting that stays on the wall for decades, buy a giclée print of a painting.
What if the print arrives damaged?
Send a photo within 30 days and we reprint or refund in full. Change of mind has 14 days from delivery.
